parents/carers and staff for your kind donations.

to speak with our older Ladybirds who are going to school in September. Once
we have confirmed dates a notice will be put up in the hallway.
We like the Ladybirds to be aware of different festivals/cultures and so will be
looking at the following with the children in July: Ramadam where the children
will learn about Muslim ‘traditions’ at this time of the year. August sees the
Japanese festival of Nebuta so the children will be creating colourful dragons
and snakes.
Our role play area is changing into a beach and summer shop. If parents have
any unwanted items that would be useful for this area please pass them on to
Faye or Hollie. In July we will be having our very own ‘Beach party’ so swimming
kit and spare clothes are essential – date will be confirmed closer to the time –

school in September, on Friday 4th July from 6.15 – 7.30pm. The theme will be
‘Disney’ and ask that all the children come dressed in their favourite Disney
